Rudd's charm and an overall sense of silliness make for breezy summer fun. It's also Marvel's most kid-friendly movie yet.. This acceptably diverting superhero outing keeps threatening to break free and become something special, but in the end, there's just too much at stake. And that's a shame, especially for Paul Rudd fans.. For a small movie, "Ant-Man" has a lot going on. Rudd makes it work.. Not just one of the more entertaining Marvel movies - infinitely better than Joss Whedon's overstuffe...
